MAGNA Executive Search, in partnership with a multinational automotive company, is recruiting: **SALES EXECUTIVE \- AUTOMOTIVE** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering. * Proven experience in sales within the automotive sector. * Experience with fuel or cooling systems is a differentiator. * Knowledge of APQP and automotive development processes. * SAP knowledge is desirable. * Advanced English for interaction with global teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze product and customer portfolio margins and profitability using internal control tools, ensuring alignment with commercial guidelines. * Lead price adjustment negotiations, formalizing official communications to customers and ensuring maintenance of profitability. * Prospect new clients and opportunities by maintaining contact with OEMs, system suppliers, and other channels in the automotive market, as well as conducting technical and commercial visits to expand the portfolio. * Prepare and submit commercial proposals using specific tools to formalize terms and agreements with customers. * Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments, organizing in-person and remote meetings to ensure smooth communication and alignment among engineering, manufacturing, supply, quality, and other teams. * Interact with global teams through meetings, conferences, and corporate platforms, ensuring an adequate level of technical and commercial information and contributing to strategic planning for international clients. * Use internal tools and systems for project tracking, product research, financial analysis, and information sharing, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency. * Monitor automotive projects, tracking development phases and ensuring proper transition for customer support and manufacturing.
