Job Summary: The Rural Producer (PR) Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and partners, ensuring cooperative members’ satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality services **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Rural Producer (PR) Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and partners. Key activities include: * Manage and nurture a portfolio of cooperative members, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. * Identify growth and business development opportunities with existing and new cooperative members. * Develop and implement relationship strategies to strengthen the company’s image. * Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and provide customized solutions. * Organize and participate in events, meetings, and presentations to promote the company and its services. * Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust relationship strategies as needed. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services and meet cooperative members’ expectations. * Maintain detailed records of interactions with cooperative members and regularly update the CRM system. * Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on relationship activities’ performance and progress. * Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in cooperative member relationship management. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Experience working with rural producers; * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships. * Knowledge of public relationship strategies and crisis management. * Experience in data analysis and performance metrics. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Availability to work in SIA\-DF. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Communications, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in large enterprises; * Certifications in Relationship Management or Customer/Cooperative Member Service; * CPA, C\-Pro I and/or C\-Pro R; * Ability to deliver presentations and conduct training. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Internal benefits, Profit sharing, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
