Job Summary:
The Rural Producer (PR) Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and partners, ensuring cooperative members’ satisfaction and loyalty.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
**Level:** Operational

The Rural Producer (PR) Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and partners. Key activities include:
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of cooperative members, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify growth and business development opportunities with existing and new cooperative members.
* Develop and implement relationship strategies to strengthen the company’s image.
* Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and provide customized solutions.
* Organize and participate in events, meetings, and presentations to promote the company and its services.
* Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust relationship strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services and meet cooperative members’ expectations.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions with cooperative members and regularly update the CRM system.
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on relationship activities’ performance and progress.
* Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in cooperative member relationship management.

* Experience working with rural producers;
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* Knowledge of public relationship strategies and crisis management.
* Experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Availability to work in SIA\-DF.
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Communications, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in large enterprises;
* Certifications in Relationship Management or Customer/Cooperative Member Service;
* CPA, C\-Pro I and/or C\-Pro R;
* Ability to deliver presentations and conduct training.
