Participate in code reviews and technical decisions About the Position We are seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to work on the development and maintenance of robust, scalable web applications with a focus on productivity and code quality. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails. * Build REST APIs and integrate with external systems. * Work with relational databases. * Ensure application quality, performance, and security. * Participate in code reviews and technical decisions. Technical Requirements * Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails. * Experience with REST APIs. * Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. * Familiarity with Git, automated testing, and coding best practices. Nice-to-Have * Experience with Sidekiq or background jobs. * Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Experience with service-oriented architectures. Work Model * Remote * Flexible hours * PJ or CLT contract Position Type: Full-time, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$5\.154,02 \- R$26\.115,18 per month
