





Oversee food production, supply, and meal distribution during your shift; monitor the number of meals produced; ensure adequate supply of necessary products; and assist with the unit’s administrative tasks. 1. Coordinate all kitchen activities related to pre-preparation, preparation, and meal distribution; 2. Provide technical and behavioral training to subordinates; 3. Assign tasks appropriately; 4. Taste and approve preparations, ensuring proper dish presentation; 5. Monitor staff personal appearance and hygiene; 6. Track the number of meals produced and distributed; 7. Maintain organization and cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and utensils; 8. Ensure timely supply of products required for operational activities; 9. Provide data for administrative closing; 10. Assist with branch administrative services; 11. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety procedures; 12. Perform related duties; 13. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and implement norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. Requirements: Relevant work experience.
