Requirements Analyst

Senior Requirements Analyst \*Responsibilities:\* * Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements; * Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications; * Prepare documents such as requirements specifications, use cases, and process flows; * Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, development teams, and other involved departments; * Support the technical team in interpreting requirements and clarifying doubts; * Identify risks and impacts of requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle; * Ensure requirements traceability and their validation with end users; * Collaborate using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Requirements:* Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst or similar role; * Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques; * Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps); * Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders; * Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; * Experience in software development and system architecture is a plus; \*Advantages:\* * Experience in large-scale projects and complex systems; * Experience in acceptance testing and requirements validation.
