Use WhatsApp as a communication tool with patients' parents, answering questions, forwarding clinic notices and patient care information, also requesting tokens generated by the insurance plan and collecting signatures for attendance and referrals. 2. For new patients, receive guidance from coordination, reinforce warm welcomes to guardians, and personally deliver necessary documents requiring signature to proceed with clinical treatment, then forward them to administrative coordination. 3. Finalize registration of new patients in the Virtues system and create customized medical records to be made available for therapists' use. 4. Monitor patient attendance, controlling entries, exits and absences, informing via WhatsApp in groups with all individuals involved in the process. 5. Receive weekly spreadsheets from the billing department regarding respective medical insurance plans, to process insurance cards and tokens. 6. Prepare service or attendance certificates for guardians upon request and collect the clinical coordinator's signature. 7. Prepare and send monthly to the billing department the medical insurance attendance spreadsheet and manual referral forms, collecting signatures from guardians and clinical staff, verifying that all signatures across all reports match, to prevent discrepancies and payment blocks by the medical insurance. **SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma completed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
