Explore and apply technological innovations, including AI in the Front-end . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work as a developer focused on React with a T-shaped skill profile; * Suggest and define Front-end architecture standards, including Micro-frontends and Design Systems; * Develop high-performance, scalable, and high-quality web interfaces using React.js and Angular; * Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, standardization, and best practices; * Mentor mid-level and junior developers, supporting their technical growth; * Collaborate on Back-end integration and API discussions, ensuring efficient contracts; * Propose and implement continuous improvements in performance, accessibility, and Web Vitals; * Explore and apply technological innovations, including AI usage in the Front-end and data-oriented interfaces. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced proficiency in React.js and Angular, with the ability to work with both or migrate legacy applications; * Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and advanced TypeScript; * Experience in Full Stack development, with knowledge of Node.js, C# or similar technologies; * Understanding of the complete software development lifecycle, from Front-end to Back-end; * Experience with SPA architectures and large-scale web applications; * Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly; * Bonus: Interest or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence applied to user experience.
