In your daily work, you will: a) Implement approved and specified requirements included in the backlogs of the teams you support, ensuring adherence to acceptance criteria and designed test scenarios; b) Support documentation of user stories comprising the backlogs of the teams you support, ensuring requirements are clear enough for implementation; c) Build prototypes or implement proof-of-concepts within product conception teams; d) Design automated tests on the platform (unit and regression tests), ensuring key functionalities are covered; e) Participate in all ceremonies of the teams you support, including effort estimation for the team; f) Execute all tasks assigned to you within the team; g) Promptly escalate any impediments observed so they can be addressed by responsible parties; h) Act as a technical leader of reference for the team, ensuring all members follow platform-recommended best practices and that the product meets security requirements. *We believe in the power of the talents we develop. Why not join the world's largest professional services organization?* ***Choose Your Impact***. **What do you need to apply for this position?** a) Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any other bachelor’s degree combined with a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology with a minimum duration of 360 hours; b) Minimum of 7 years of proven professional experience as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or related role, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform; c) Completion of the following official ServiceNow training courses along the official training path: i. ServiceNow Fundamentals ii. Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals iii. Automated Test Framework (ATF): Introduction iv. Automated Test Framework (ATF): Run Tests and Test Suites v.
