**About the position** We are looking for professionals who want to grow with us and become part of a dynamic, results-oriented team! **Responsibilities** * **Process measurements and releases** * + Perform periodic measurements according to technical drawings. + Use appropriate measuring instruments. + Record results in systems such as TOTVS or Process Control Plan. + Ensure products meet dimensional specifications and customer requirements. * **Audits and Gemba Walks** * + Verify adherence to internal procedures and quality standards. + Evaluate compliance with technical requirements and work instructions. + Document evidence and identify opportunities for improvement. * **Incoming material inspection** * + Assess conformity through dimensional, physical, and documentary analysis. + Ensure purchased items comply with internal standards and required certifications. * **Non-conforming material management** * + Properly segregate and identify non-conforming items. + Record in the system and route according to the defined workflow. + Ensure traceability and prevent unauthorized use. * **Quality certificate control** * + Verify physical\-chemical, regulatory, and dimensional requirements. + Evaluate development materials against drawings, approved samples, and customer specifications. * **Identification and recording of non-conformities** * + Apply appropriate labels and records. + Ensure accuracy and clarity in reported information. * **Coordination of shipment to the Non-Conformance area** * + Forward suspect products with complete documentation. + Maintain clear communication with personnel responsible for handling. * **Controlled shipment inspections** * + Conduct final checks prior to dispatch. + Ensure the product meets technical and visual requirements specified by the process or customer. **What we offer** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * On-site meals * Meal allowance * Commuter bus\*\*,\*\* transportation allowance **or** on-site parking * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) (subject to current rules) * Discounts and partnerships (gyms, courses, languages, universities, etc.) * Internal programs: training, safety, and quality of life **We value diversity and inclusion.
