Responsibilities ; Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. Manage internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions. Monitor quality performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements. Lead the quality team, promoting training and development. Develop and review quality management system documentation. Requirements ; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Engineering. Proven experience in quality management. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards. Experience with problem analysis and resolution tools (PDCA, MASP). Willingness to travel internationally. Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing).
