In this project, you will support a migration from the current test management tool—Testmo—to another tool yet to be defined. Responsibilities * Map data structure: test suites, test cases, custom fields, and their respective values. * Quantify assets: number of manual tests, automated tests, and their relationship. * Analyze automation health: assess execution frequency, success rate, and identify unstable tests. * Map active integrations (e.g., links with Jira, CI/CD pipelines, etc.). * Identify obsolete tests based on predefined criteria (e.g., not executed in the last 12 months, discontinued functionality). * Identify orphaned tests (belonging to inactive teams or systems) for reassignment or archiving. * Evaluate the quality of scenario writing against a minimum standard (e.g., clarity in title, steps, and expected results). * Archive tests identified as obsolete. * Reassign ownership of orphaned tests. * Organize a focused effort to improve the most critical tests failing to meet the minimum quality standard. 251219020255374387
