QA Automation Analyst | Senior (Remote)

. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Define and implement the test automation strategy and architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and continuous integration; * Structure and evolve quality assurance processes, tools, and metrics; * Serve as a technical reference for QA and development teams, disseminating best practices and promoting a quality-first culture; * Plan and execute automated and manual tests covering APIs, user interfaces, and integrations; * Ensure quality observability and traceability through KPIs, reports, and dashboards; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in requirement reviews and test strategy definition from the beginning of the development lifecycle; * Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience as a Senior QA Analyst with a focus on test automation; * Knowledge of system architecture and microservices architecture; * Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and Postman; * Hands-on experience testing front\-end, back\-end, APIs, and integrations; * Knowledge of continuous integration and automated test pipelines; * Experience defining QA processes, strategies, and best practices; * Familiarity with agile methodologies and working within squads; * Knowledge of DevOps practices, monitoring, logging, and metrics is considered a plus; * Experience building QA teams or leading quality initiatives is a plus.
