You will work closely with software development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop and execute comprehensive test cases. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting defects, as well as ensuring systems meet established quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand software requirements and create comprehensive test cases; * Develop and execute test plans and procedures for software systems related to the insurance sector; * Identify and document defects, and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues effectively; * Perform regression testing to ensure defect fixes do not introduce new problems; * Automate test cases wherever possible to increase testing efficiency; * Provide regular test status reports to relevant stakeholders. **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; * Proven experience in software testing, preferably in the insurance or financial sector; * Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies; * Ability to create detailed test cases and document test results; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively; * Experience with test automation tools (Robot Framework / Cypress, Selenium). **What we offer:** * Opportunities for career growth and development; * A team of technical excellence focused on continuous improvement and innovation; * Performance-based profit-sharing program; * Differentiated benefits; * A light, relaxed, and flexible work environment; * 100% remote work model.
