This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with senior leadership on one of the world’s most ambitious ERP and supply chain transformation initiatives. The developer will serve as a hands-on analyst and digital enabler, helping to design, manage, and deliver cutting-edge solutions across processes, technology, and data. This role is ideal for someone with passion, energy, and curiosity to push boundaries and learn rapidly. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** Program Support and Coordination Collaborate closely with leadership to structure and manage large-scale ERP transformation activities; Use JIRA to create and maintain program structures, complex dashboards, queries, and reporting mechanisms; Coordinate workflows across multiple global teams and ensure project transparency. Data and Analytics Design and build Power BI dashboards to translate requirements into actionable insights for leadership and program stakeholders; Apply SQL logic and data modeling to meet analytical and reporting needs. Technology and Automation Support automation and AI initiatives by developing scripts, prototypes, or workflows (proficiency in Python or other programming languages is desirable); Research, test, and help integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, process automation, smart factories, etc.) into ERP and supply chain processes. Process Understanding Map, analyze, and optimize business workflows, ensuring alignment with the ERP model and digital transformation goals; Collaborate with global process owners to document and enhance end-to-end processes. **Requirements and Technical Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus but not mandatory); 1–3 years of professional experience in IT, ERP, data analysis, or digital transformation; Proficiency in JIRA (structures, dashboards, queries); Practical experience with Power BI or other visualization tools; Solid knowledge of SQL and data structures; Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for analysis/AI is a plus; Strong understanding of business workflows and ability to think holistically across processes, technology, and data; Passion for emerging technologies, especially AI, automation, and digital platforms; Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). **Soft Skills** Curious; Engaged; Practical and Analytical; Collaborative and Flexible; Resilient and Committed; Future-Oriented: You are excited by the possibilities of AI, automation, and advanced ERP systems in building the enterprise of the future. **Employment Type:** Contractor PJ **Work Mode:** Remote
