A technology company specializing in cybersecurity is seeking a Python Developer in Rio de Janeiro (Barra da Tijuca). **Responsibilities:** Develop customized solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI—ensuring quality and adherence to established technical standards. Create automations and scripts using Power Automate to optimize internal processes, enhancing workflow efficiency. Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to facilitate KPI monitoring and support strategic decision-making. Develop scripts, integrations, and solutions that complement and extend the platform’s capabilities. Perform integrations between the Power Platform and other tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and Azure, ensuring efficient inter-system communication. Understand business processes and collaborate with teams to propose structured, technology-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Document developed solutions clearly and keep documentation updated to simplify future maintenance and evolution. Work with an owner’s mindset—ensuring deliverables focus on end results and business value, not just technical execution. Actively collaborate within teams, share knowledge, and pursue continuous learning to improve both processes and delivered solutions. Bachelor’s degree required.
