Opportunity for learning and development in engineering Support the development of thermal and installation projects by preparing technical drawings, surveys, and details according to engineering instructions, ensuring standardization, quality, and compliance with technical and client requirements. Requirements: * Education: Technical diploma or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in projects or technical drawing is desirable. * Additional courses: * AutoCAD (mandatory) * Revit/BIM (preferred) Technical Competencies * Basic/intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory) * Knowledge of Revit/BIM is desirable * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Familiarity with thermal systems (HVAC, chilled water, ventilation) * Basic knowledge of system sizing * Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel preferred) Behavioral Competencies * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to learn quickly and openness to feedback * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Good communication and teamwork skills * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality * Project Development; * Prepare technical drawings in AutoCAD/Revit under supervision; * Assist in creating layouts, isometrics, and construction details; * Conduct technical information surveys based on drawings, specifications, and site visits; * Support project coordination (civil, electrical, hydraulic); * Engineering Support; * Assist in preparing material lists (BOM); * Update project revisions as instructed; * Organize and maintain updated technical files; * Support interference analysis and project improvements; * Standardization and Quality; * Follow Mecalor’s internal drawing and naming standards; * Ensure documents comply with SGQ requirements (ISO 9001\); * Review drawings prior to release for construction; * Cross-functional Interface; * Interact with the Project Coordinator, Full/Senior Designers, and the Installation team; * Provide technical support to field teams when necessary.
