Apply for this position! **Responsibilities and duties** * Clearly and concisely lead the Squad, acting as a facilitator and integrator across teams; * Structure monitoring and organize projects (control project governance, recover projects in crisis, track task forces); * Prepare documents, client presentations, and status reports; * Map processes; * Identify issues, propose solutions, escalate, and remove impediments; * Manage the project backlog and roadmap. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. **Experience and qualifications:** * Proficiency in agile frameworks such as SCRUM and Kanban; * Experience implementing ERP systems; * Experience with management tools (Azure DevOps); * Experience organizing multiple projects; * Experience in software and technology projects. **Desirable:** * Certifications such as PSM, PSPO, PSK, CSM, CSPO, CAPM, or PMP will be advantageous. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Advanced English (strong communication skills); * Software development experience is a plus. **Additional information** **Work modality:** Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week); **Location:** Itaim Bibi; **Hiring type:** Independent contractor (PJ); **Team working hours:** Business hours. **Important:** We value diversity and inclusion—we consider all candidates for our positions, regardless of color, race, religion, gender or gender identity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, ancestry, age, etc. #### **We go beyond technology.
