Project Interns receive training on implementing, maintaining, and scaling a strategic program (e.g., Program and Save, Deals, Prime). You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to learn how to improve a program’s offering and its benefits to our customers. As part of your responsibilities, you will help monitor and report on program performance, benchmark against competitors and other markets to identify innovation opportunities, contribute to strategic projects, and present findings to senior leaders. As an intern, you will be supported by a manager and a mentor. In addition to gaining exposure to an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your journey. Amazon operates on an in-person work model, and all employees—including interns—must work in person five days per week at our office located in the South Zone of São Paulo \- SP.
