Job Summary: A professional to orchestrate technology projects and programs, focused on continuous improvement and stakeholder communication, ensuring strategic alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership, initiative, and negotiation skills. . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Onboard new team members, ensuring alignment with departmental processes and practices; * Guide project and program needs, ensuring prioritization and strategic alignment; * Participate in consolidating new projects, enabling their inclusion in delivery pipelines; * Orchestrate teams and activities to be executed during Releases (Deployments); * Communicate deliveries and progress status to stakeholders; * Monitor and track QA regressions related to Releases; * Participate in project ceremonies, supporting definitions related to deliveries and processes; * Encourage the team to pursue continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and communication; * Review executed processes and activities, promoting quality and performance enhancement; * Support defining the department’s evolutionary roadmap; * Prepare and conduct executive meetings with internal clients and vendors; * Advocate for projects under your responsibility, ensuring adherence to practices and guiding both the team and business areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in managing and orchestrating technology projects or programs; * Knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and PMBOK; * Experience with tools such as Jira Software; * Experience in system evolution projects; * Knowledge of QA processes and regression tracking; * Systemic thinking and process orientation; * Leadership, initiative, and negotiation skills; * Facilitation ability to lead workshops and promote continuous improvement; * Experience conducting executive meetings and communicating with stakeholders.
