Identification and proposal of process improvements NOVA RECURSOS HUMANOS is seeking a Production Programmer **Responsibilities:** * Manage production processes. * Monitor activity progress. * Collaborate with other departments for process optimization. * Issue manufacturing orders. * Participate in inventory counts. * Issue and track production orders. * Control material and supply flow. * Adjust production schedules according to unforeseen events. * Interact with procurement, warehouse, and engineering departments. * Monitor production performance indicators. * Identify and propose improvements to production processes. * Ensure adherence to production deadlines and targets. * Guarantee traceability of manufactured products. * Utilize ERP/MRP systems for production control. **Requirements:** * Experience in production programming * Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Technical problem-solving skills **Salary:** R$ 2\.763,75 **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance *(after medical plan enrollment)* **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 07:00 to 17:00; Friday, 07:00 to 16:00 Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance
