The professional will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing teaching practices, using appropriate methodologies, pedagogical data, and internal and external assessments to ensure students’ academic development. This position requires a completed bachelor’s degree in the relevant field, basic proficiency in digital tools, ability to analyze educational indicators, organizational skills, teamwork capability, and professional responsibility. Working hours will be determined based on assigned classes and the unit’s schedule. **Learn more about the Network** Currently, we are: * **\+1\.400 collaborators** * **650 teachers** * **11\.200 students** * **Present in** **São Paulo, Campinas, and Minas Gerais.** \#VemPraRede **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:** * Planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in accordance with the Decisão Network’s pedagogical proposal. * Ensuring student learning and monitoring academic outcomes. * Designing and administering assessments aligned with institutional guidelines. * Using pedagogical data to continuously improve teaching practice. * Participating in professional development sessions, pedagogical meetings, and institutional activities. * Collaborating effectively with the school team. * Fulfilling routines, deadlines, recordkeeping, and the Network’s Code of Conduct. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Experience and Knowledge** * Completed bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area (or equivalent credit hours). * Prior teaching experience. * Basic knowledge of digital tools and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets). * Proficiency in using educational technologies and digital platforms. * Availability to participate in institutional training programs (Academia Decisão). * Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills. **Preferred Knowledge and Competencies** * Analytical ability to evaluate indicators and track outcomes; * Postgraduate degree in the relevant field. * Experience with textbook-based curricula. * Prior experience working within a private school network or institution. **Additional Information** **Position Details** **Number of Classes: 8 High School Classes** **Compensation: R****$ 1\.244,50** **Working Hours:** Monday, 8:00–10:50; Tuesday, 8:00–10:50; Friday, 8:00–9:40\. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance (R$ 205/month) * Health and dental insurance (optional) * Allya: discounts and partnerships across various services, with payroll deduction * Tuition scholarship for dependents: 100% discount on enrollment and monthly tuition fees for children or stepchildren (with legal custody) **Career Development:** * Career path for teachers interested in school leadership roles * Internal programs *Future Coordinators* and *Future Principals*, with annual open enrollment.
