At our new mozzarella production and packaging plant in Salas (Asturias), an industrial project currently expanding to serve both domestic and international markets. What will you do? We are seeking Process Operator profiles to join our production area, participating in the treatment and transformation of milk during mozzarella manufacturing. The selected candidate will operate various equipment and process stages, performing tasks related to milk treatment and process control. Your main responsibilities will be: * Monitor and control production process parameters. * Operate process facilities and equipment. * Perform adjustments and monitoring of the manufacturing process. * Identify issues and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve them. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and traceability standards. * Participate in continuous improvement of processes and facilities. We are looking for: * Prior experience as a process operator or process technician in the food industry is highly valued. * Experience or knowledge in the dairy sector is especially valuable. * Interest in industrial processes and automation. * Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt quickly, and learn continuously. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
