Key Responsibilities Train and develop the operational team, ensuring technical excellence. Support management of paper machine routines and procedures. Implement continuous improvements to increase productivity and quality. Contribute to cost reduction and achievement of business strategic objectives. Ensure employee safety at all process stages. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 10 years of experience operating paper machines. Solid knowledge of pulp and paper production. Proven technical experience with Kraft/cardboard paper. Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs. Willingness to relocate to Telêmaco Borba. Advantages That Will Set Your Profile Apart Postgraduate degree or MBA in Production Engineering. English proficiency for reading and conversation. Knowledge of excellence methodologies (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma). Proficiency in Integrated Quality Management Systems. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
