To recover the maximum amount of metal from diverse feed materials, we cannot stand still. We must find new ways of working — discovering new solutions and developing new processes. And that’s where you come in. **What You Will Do** Operate equipment such as electric, induction, and gas-fired furnaces; mills; sieves; homogenizers; crushers; environmental filters; material handling equipment; effluent control and recovery systems. Perform segregation and manage internal generation of recyclable and non-recyclable materials. Maintain organization and cleanliness of workstations to ensure operational safety and compliance with production requirements for various materials received from external and internal customers, meeting deadlines and guaranteeing process and product quality. Operate equipment equipped with automated and supervisory systems, performing process calculations and adjustments where applicable. Monitor environmental filters and production equipment independently, including authority to stop the process and activate emergency devices in case of safety or environmental risks. Conduct measurements and tests for material release, segregating batches until formal release for production, as well as operational safety tests to ensure equipment and process integrity. Receive, move, identify, segregate, and store various materials and auxiliary tools, verifying weight, invoice, condition, and status. Move and supply materials to production lines according to production orders. Weigh, package, identify, store, and organize intermediate and final products; record information on production forms; log collected production data and relevant occurrences throughout the entire production process; and forward records to management to ensure process safety and final product quality. Sample processed materials, ensuring proper preparation for representative sampling to enable accurate metal analysis and quantification. Use material handling equipment, including wheel loaders, gas-powered and electric forklifts, to carry out production activities. Participate in equipment and area safety lockout/tagout procedures to meet company safety requirements for maintenance or engineering interventions and subsequent return to production. Request materials from the warehouse and initiate corrective maintenance work orders using the integrated system, supporting daily administrative needs. **Who We Are Looking For** Completed high school education; Experience in metallurgical, chemical, or similar production industries; Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is desirable; Valid driver’s license (CNH); Availability to work from 1:30 PM to 10:26 PM, Monday through Friday. **What We Offer** Our goal is to lead — not only for our customers, but also for our employees.
