This person will act as a bridge between stakeholders, technology, and users, ensuring product value maximization and continuous evolution. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** **B2B** (Enterprise / Platforms) **DESIRED SPECIALIZATIONS:** **Omnichannel** (Retail / Supply Chain) **HR** (HR Tech / People Systems) **Main Responsibilities** * Define and evolve the initiative’s vision, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives; * Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, ROI, and customer impact; * Translate business needs into clear, testable, and well-refined user stories; * Collaborate closely with the development team in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective); * Make data-driven decisions using product metrics; * Conduct continuous discovery (interviews, validations, experimentation); * Ensure alignment with stakeholders (business, technology, operations, partners); * Define and track initiative OKRs/KPIs; * Support go-to-market strategies and feature rollouts. **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience (4+ years) as a Product Owner / Product Manager; * Strong hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or similar; * Ability to prioritize based on value (e.g., ROI); * Experience with complex digital products (integrations, APIs, enterprise systems); * Strong communication skills with both technical and executive teams; * Analytical mindset and metrics orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience and expertise in B2B, Omnichannel, Logistics, and HR domains; * Experience with LINX; VTEX; TMS, OMS / legacy systems; * Experience in enterprise environments or consulting firms; * Knowledge of discovery frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking); * Certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO). **Behavioral Competencies** * Strategic thinking and product vision; * Influence and negotiation skills; * Autonomy with accountability; * Clear and concise communication; * Results- and value-oriented mindset. **Work Model** * Work Mode: Hybrid * Location: São Paulo – SP * Employment Type: CLT Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Dr Alper * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Commuter allowance (VT) * Discounts on brands * Zenit (well-being app) * Bonus
