About the Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Design (UX/UI or Product Design) to lead our internal projects. This person will be responsible for understanding internal department needs, prioritizing requests, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivered solutions generate real value for both the business and end users. Responsibilities Lead internal products—from problem identification through delivery and continuous evolution; Conduct product discovery processes with internal departments, mapping problems, opportunities, and hypotheses; Leverage design expertise to help define user flows and journeys, review prototypes and interfaces, and ensure consistency with the design system and UX best practices; Prioritize the backlog in alignment with business objectives; Define and monitor success metrics (OKRs, adoption KPIs) for internal products; Facilitate team ceremonies and rituals (planning, reviews, backlog refinement, retrospectives); Continuously align expectations with stakeholders by clearly communicating status, risks, and next steps; Collaborate closely with Technology, Design, Data, and other business teams. Requirements Previous experience as a Product Manager (senior level or equivalent) for digital products; Solid background in Design (UX, UI, or Product Design)—through formal education, prior experience as a designer, or hybrid roles; Experience with internal products or B2B solutions (e.g., internal tools, portals, dashboards) is a significant advantage; Ability to translate complex problems into simple, value-driven solutions; Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar); Strong communication skills, enabling alignment between technical and non-technical teams; Analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decision-making. Nice-to-Haves Experience with design systems and interface standardization; Experience at technology companies, startups, or scaled digital product organizations; Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker); Experience conducting usability testing and research with internal users.
