Technical and Strategic Leadership** * Define and deploy product engineering strategy aligned with ABG Group’s planning * Serve as the **technical authority** for air intake systems and engineering plastic components * Ensure project robustness considering requirements for: * + Vibration and fatigue + Sealing (leakage) + Thermal and chemical resistance + Acoustic performance (NVH) * Lead critical product architecture and technical solution decisions jointly with customers (OEMs) **2\. End-to-End Product Development** * Manage full development lifecycle per **APQP** * Ensure timely technical deliverables across phases: o RFQ / Feasibility o Development (CAD / CAE / DFMEA) o Validation (DVPR / physical and laboratory testing) o Industrialization and SOP * Ensure technical maturity for tooling release and production launch Conduct technical reviews (design reviews, gate reviews) **3\. Project Governance and Performance** * Ensure adherence to: * + Schedule + Development cost (CAPEX / OPEX) + Product cost targets (piece cost) * Mitigate technical and commercial risks * Lead recovery plans for critical projects **4\. Value Engineering and Competitiveness** * Lead **VA/VE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering)** initiatives * Propose solutions for: o Raw material cost reduction o Process simplification o Product architecture optimization * Directly support technical competitiveness during quotation processes (RFQ) **5\. Automotive Quality and Compliance** * Ensure strict application of: * + **APQP** + **DFMEA / PFMEA** + **PPAP** + **MSA / SPC** * Ensure compliance with: * + **IATF 16949** + Customer-specific requirements (CSR) * Lead field failure analysis and resolution (8D, structured problem solving) **6\. Customer and Supplier Interface** * Represent the company technically before OEMs. * Participate in: * + Technical meetings + Customer design reviews + Technical scope negotiations * Evaluate and develop suppliers (tooling, raw materials, components) * Ensure technical alignment across the supply chain **7\. Industrialization and Manufacturing Integration** * Ensure robust transition from development to production * Validate: o Plastic injection molding processes o System assembly o Fixtures and tooling * Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve process-related issues **8\. Team Management and Technical Culture** * Build and lead a high-performance engineering team * Develop competencies in: * + CAD (NX, Catia, etc.) + CAE (structural, thermal, CFD simulation) + Product validation * Implement a culture of: * + Failure prevention + Data-driven decision making * Continuous improvement **9\.
