Job Summary: Lead end-to-end product management, from discovery through delivery, monitor KPIs, align stakeholder expectations, and foster team development. Key Highlights: 1. Promoting team development and mentorship . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead end-to-end product management, from discovery through delivery and results measurement; * Conduct discovery processes, including interviews, workshops, and hypothesis validation; * Define and prioritize backlog and roadmap based on business value; * Plan and track product execution using agile frameworks; * Monitor product KPIs and metrics to support decision-making; * Align priorities and expectations with internal stakeholders; * Evaluate trade\-offs and anticipate risks throughout the product lifecycle; * Serve as a point of reference for the team, removing blockers; * Promote team development through mentorship and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in end\-to\-end product management, including discovery, delivery, and metrics; * Proficiency in agile frameworks and methods (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs); * Experience with product management and tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps); * Knowledge of prioritization techniques and value-driven decision-making (RICE, WSJF, MoSCoW); * Ability to define and track product metrics and KPIs; * Experience applying data analysis to product and business contexts; * Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, dashboards); * Knowledge of discovery processes, user research, and hypothesis validation.
