Job Summary: Responsible for identifying procurement needs, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, and preparing performance reports. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in procurement, negotiations, and supplier development. 2. Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced). 3. Experience in contracts, strategic procurement processes, and civil construction. **Responsibilities**: * Identify procurement needs for materials and services, ensuring warehouse supply; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms; * Monitor material and service deliveries, addressing any unforeseen issues; * Maintain relationships with suppliers and conduct periodic evaluation meetings; * Prepare performance reports. **Requirements**: * **Education**: Completed (or currently pursuing) a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; * **Prior experience**: Solid experience in procurement, especially in negotiations, quotations, purchase order issuance, and supplier development; * **ERP system knowledge**; * **Excel proficiency**: Intermediate to advanced level (for price analysis, comparisons, purchase order tracking, etc.); * **Knowledge of contracts and strategic procurement processes**; * **Experience in the civil construction sector**.
