Diverse and inclusive team **Job Category** ================ Production \& Skilled Trades**Position Summary** ==================== Perform weighing and coiling of extruded material.**Responsibilities** ==================== Responsibilities: **Extruder Coiling –** Conduct safety checklist; calibrate scale (TARE); assist with extruder startup operations; monitor passage of extruded material through cooling tanks; adjust guide roller according to production type; pass extruded material through solution tank, activate pressure rollers and dosing roller; adjust blowers to remove excess solution; select drawers per extruder programming; perform sampling measurements on coils and record in checklist; receive extruded material onto the winder with assistance from PVC tube; position tray; transfer coil to scale; wait for software-determined weight; identify coil and direct it to extruder rack; if scrap is generated, direct it to properly labeled pin cart; after production completion, power off all panels and organize the area. **Minimum Qualifications** ========================== Completed High School **What We Offer as a Company** At Bridgestone, what truly matters is generating opportunities for co-creation while simultaneously stimulating your curiosity and creativity to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for present and future generations.
