Contribution to identifying efficiency opportunities Responsible for supporting the process analysis and improvement team, contributing to identifying efficiency opportunities and implementing practices that enhance the company's workflow. This role offers a practical learning opportunity in a dynamic and collaborative environment. * **Process Mapping**: participate in mapping and documenting internal processes, helping identify workflows and interdepartmental interactions. * **Data Collection**: assist in collecting and analyzing data related to process performance, contributing to identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. * **Meeting Participation**: attend process team meetings, recording minutes and contributing ideas and suggestions during discussions**.** * **Improvement Project Support**: assist in implementing process improvement projects, performing tasks assigned by the team and learning about methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. * **Training Contribution**: participate in organizing trainings and workshops on best practices and process tools, when required. * **Documentation Updates**: help maintain process documentation, ensuring information is always up-to-date and accessible. * **Tool Development**: develop spreadsheets to automate and optimize internal processes, ensuring efficiency and data accuracy. **Requirements** * **Currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or Software Engineering;** * **Availability to intern for 6 hours daily, Monday through Friday.**
