Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization * Map, analyze, and redesign future\-state processes (To\-Be), incorporating AI, automation, and intelligent technologies to enhance efficiency. * Ensure AI solutions are implemented in an integrated, seamless, and scalable manner within existing workflows. * Conduct cost\-benefit (ROI) and operational impact analyses before and after automation initiatives. * Define and monitor performance metrics for automated processes, such as cycle time reduction, mitigation of human errors, and increased productivity. * Strategic Identification of Opportunities * Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or similar) to identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation or enhancement. * Proactively identify high\-value opportunities for AI application (e.g., Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, among others). * Align operational efficiency opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives, contributing to the evolution of work models. * Integration and Implementation * Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to enable implementation of proposed solutions. * Document processes, requirements, and workflows clearly and systematically. * Support testing, validation, and continuous improvements following automation deployment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, and redesign. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Design Thinking). * Experience in automation projects, digital transformation, or AI\-related initiatives. * Analytical capability to conduct ROI studies, operational gains assessments, and efficiency impact analyses. * Strong communication skills—clear, structured, and oriented toward multidisciplinary teams. * Organization, systems\-level thinking, and a strong sense of delivery. **Differentiators** * Experience with BPM and automation tools. * Practical knowledge of Generative AI, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or language models. * Certifications in process management, continuous improvement, or agile methodologies. **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * RVI \- Incentive\-based variable remuneration, * Profit and Results Sharing Program – PLR; * Daycare allowance; * Life insurance; * Meal voucher; * Food allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Mobility allowance; * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Gym discounts (TotalPass); * C4Life; * Internet and mobile phone plans with discounts.
