The **Press Management Department** is responsible for journalism activities supporting CNI, SESI, SENAI, and IEL. It gathers information, plans, and executes communication initiatives aligned with the Industry System’s strategic objectives and interest advocacy, with a focus on the press. It handles briefing development, branded content execution, and content production and dissemination. Additionally, it coordinates press outreach and the “Invisible Agendas” project; plans and implements follow\-up actions, ensuring continuous monitoring of institutional areas of operation to plan and execute strategies that strengthen the Industry System’s institutional positioning. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead press advisory strategy, enhancing the institution’s presence and relevance across major media outlets; * Build and maintain solid relationships with journalists, editors, and opinion leaders; * Supervise press releases, official statements, articles, and institutional positions; * Strategically manage crisis situations, ensuring message clarity and alignment; * Monitor media coverage and present performance and reputation analyses; * Promote the Industry System’s image, initiatives, and projects to the public by delivering accurate, relevant, and compelling information to the press for publication or editorial placement; * Ensure timely delivery of press publications to Industry System executives to support strategic decision\-making; * Guarantee message alignment with senior leadership and strategic departments; * Manage departmental projects and processes, tracking progress, deliverables, and outcomes; * Manage the Press Team as well as vendors, third\-party providers, technical resources, materials, and budgetary allocations to achieve expected results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed undergraduate degree in Journalism or related social communication fields; * Completed postgraduate degree in Journalism or related disciplines. **Professional Experience** * People management; * Planning media coverage for large events; * Corporate environments with high public exposure; * Managing press agendas and press conferences; * Press advisory services, journalistic writing, and editing. **Specific Knowledge** * Media and performance indicators; * Clipping monitoring and analysis; * Institutional positioning; * Mailing and distribution of press releases; * Project and process management; * Advanced English proficiency. **[Desirable] Education, Knowledge, and/or Experience** * Familiarity with the Industry System. **Additional Information** **Employment Details:** * Indefinite\-term employment contract \- CLT. * On\-site work at CNI’s office in Brasília/DF. * Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 40 hours per week, with an hour bank system. **Our Main Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Allowance for children with disabilities * Health insurance (nationwide coverage) * Private pension plan * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance ### **It is in the present that CNI builds the future of industry and work.** Imagine **\#beingpartof** a nationwide organization whose mission is to transform people’s lives and drive Brazil’s development.
