Qualifications **Skills and Experience** **Technical and Behavioral Requirements:** * Solid experience with Power Platform in corporate environments. * Advanced knowledge of: * Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, and Power Pages) * Power Automate * Dataverse * Enterprise architecture and integrations * Experience with: * Custom connectors * Integration with external systems * Power Platform governance and administration * CoE Starter Kit * Security strategies and environment planning * ALM with solutions and pipelines * Experience in client-facing roles. * Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills. * Analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset. * Continuous interest in learning and staying updated on modern Microsoft engineering and technology practices. **Desirable Differentiators:** * Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform. * Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects. * Advanced English and/or Spanish for technical and business contexts.
