**Our Platform Team:** Our team is the heart of engineering, responsible for developing and maintaining the platform that enables efficient deployment of our applications. We are divided into two fronts: Platform Engineering (focused on Kubernetes, observability with DataDog, and route management with Kong) and Dev Tools (dedicated to software development, including tools such as Backstage, the Pull Request Analyzer, and Cliditas). We seek not only technical capability but also professionals who help bridge knowledge gaps and act as references. **Our Process** Everything begins with your application, and from there we’ll build an incredible journey. Please note that for some roles, we conduct a technical assessment with our development team, followed by a conversation with your future leader. The duration of the process may vary depending on the opportunity, but rest assured—we commit to: * Carefully and attentively reviewing your profile; * Providing feedback at every stage; * Sending emails with all necessary information. **Diversity in Our DNA** Only differences can take us further. We do not compromise on this. It is non-negotiable. Today, women hold over half of our decision-making positions. Our commitment is to expand inclusion for women, Black people, people with disabilities (PCDs), and LGBTQIAPN+ individuals. **We operate based on three pillars:** **Diversity:** We value plurality and respect all differences with empathy. We work to ensure the Crew truly reflects the society in which we live. **Equity:** We believe in fair pathways for everyone. Ensuring access, opportunities, and development is a duty—not an exception. **Inclusion:** We strive for a safe, well-being-oriented, and belonging-focused environment. Here, everyone can be their authentic self—freely, respectfully, and proudly. If this is also your mission, Creditas could be your next step. **Responsibilities and Duties** Treat developers at Creditas as end users and build for them as you would for any product: through research, metrics, iteration, and thoughtful interface design. You will technically lead the evolution of tools used daily by everyone writing code here. * Evolve the tools comprising Creditas’s **Internal Developer Platform** (Cliditas, cliditas-operator, Pull Request Analyzer, and Backstage), reducing cognitive load for developers without accruing technical debt. * Build ergonomic and reusable CI/CD automations in GitHub Actions for squads. * Measure tool adoption and impact—including build time, deploy lead time, and PR success rate—and use these data points to prioritize the roadmap. * Provide ad-hoc support to product squads during discovery, pairing, or technical consulting when tooling intersects with their day-to-day work. * Document architectural decisions and their trade-offs (ADRs). * Promote and foster DevOps and Inner Source culture across Product and Technology. **Requirements and Qualifications** * A **Platform-as-a-Product** mindset: treat developers as end users and use research and data to prioritize. * Prior experience building products for developers (CLIs, SDKs, plugins, internal platforms). This is distinct from infrastructure operations. * Advanced knowledge of web applications, systems, and networks, with cloud-native best practices. * Routine experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment. * Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and orchestrators (Kubernetes). * Solid production experience with **Go**—the language used for Cliditas and the operator. * Production experience with **TypeScript/Node.js**—the language used for the Pull Request Analyzer. * Solid hands-on experience with **Kubernetes**, including understanding of CRDs, ability to read manifests, and troubleshooting skills. * Experience with **GitHub Actions**, including composable actions, reusable workflows, and supply chain best practices. * Production experience with **AWS**: architecture, 12-factor apps, security, and cost awareness. * Intermediate-level English proficiency for reading and writing. * **Hybrid work availability:** You must attend our office in the Morumbi region of São Paulo once per month for four consecutive days, typically during the last or first week of the month (**Creditas in Person**). **Additional Information** **Explore Our Benefits** **:** ----------------------------------- **Health and Well-being** * Health Insurance (Alice) * Dental Insurance (SulAmérica) * Wellz: 100% free therapy sessions * Wellhub: Access to gyms and studios * Creditas Endurance: Program incentivizing high-impact sports * Pharmacy Benefit (Univers) * Life Insurance (Porto Seguro) * Birthday Day Off **Family and Quality of Life** * Extended Parental Leave: 6 months for pregnant individuals and 35 days for non-pregnant individuals * Family Care: Support program for maternity and paternity * Childcare Allowance * Allowance for dependents with disabilities (PCDs) * SESC: Access to facilities for you and your dependents **Financial Health** * Meal Voucher (VR): Flexible benefits card (Creditas Card) * Payroll-Deductible Loan (Creditas Benefícios) * Salary Advance (Creditas Benefícios) * Insurance Discounts (Minuto Seguros) * Access to exclusive financial education content via the Creditas app **Recognition and Development** * PPR: Profit-Sharing Program * Educational and Development Incentives **Flexibility and Mobility** * Flexible Work Model * Free Bike Rack at the Office * Office Parking (subject to internal availability) Creditas is a financial services platform offering loans, insurance, and investments—leveraging home equity, vehicle collateral, and payroll. Operating since 2012, it is Latin America’s largest online credit platform and has raised over R$4 billion (US$879 million) in equity from international funds, with a current portfolio of R$5.6 billion. Through its proprietary technology, it offers products including auto- and real estate-backed loans, private payroll-deductible loans, corporate benefits, and insurance. Creditas has surpassed 13 million loan applications, achieved a valuation of US$3.5 billion, and completed over 40 capital market issuances (FIDCs, CRIs, and FIIs). **WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?** From a 5m² office in 2012 to three fully integrated ecosystems. We combine home, car, or salary to offer credit, insurance, or investment solutions. As our history shows, we’re always moving forward. *We combat complacency and the status quo because we believe new paths always exist to improve lives.* Here, “it’s not possible” is never an answer—we go out and make it happen. We dive into details, test, fail, learn, and remain guided by the drive to do better. Limitations aren’t barriers—they’re starting points for creativity. We value clarity in messaging and care in delivery; beating around the bush isn’t part of our vocabulary. We know high performance isn’t about running faster—it’s about running together, going farther, and valuing differences, open debate, and honest conversations. Above all, we create space for each person to write their own story. If you’re seeking a place to grow, experiment, and leave a legacy, Creditas could be your next step. **THE MORE DIVERSITY, THE MORE TRUTH** We firmly believe diversity makes us stronger and more flexible in making the best decisions. It’s more than intention—it’s our commitment to you, to the team, and to society. Always.
