We are looking for a **Business Executive** to join our team, with a focus on digital media and performance. This person will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of campaigns, acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring organization, process fluidity, and excellence in deliverables. More than simply tracking deadlines, we expect someone with an analytical mindset and business vision—capable of planning activities, managing demands, and negotiating timelines strategically. If you are proactive, thrive on challenges, and have experience managing performance accounts, this opportunity may be for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support all stages of end-to-end campaign execution (both online and offline); * Submit requests and track follow-ups, helping organize deadlines and priorities; * Enter briefing requests into the agency’s system; * Gather information from account leadership to develop briefings and define scopes; * Participate in client meetings and internal project meetings; * Monitor delivery deadlines, ensuring everything is delivered as agreed; * Support account process organization; * Contribute to aligning media formats with campaign strategy; * Support analysis of media formats and deliverables, ensuring strategic alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields; * Prior experience at advertising agencies; * Basic understanding of 360° media; * Strong communication skills and adaptability to collaborate across diverse departments; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and eagerness to learn; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Curiosity about clients’ businesses and desire to contribute increasingly strategic deliverables. **Additional Information** **Healthcare:** Medical and dental coverage for you and your family. **Your meal, your choice:** Meal/food allowance (iFood Benefits) of BRL 50.00 per day for quality and convenient meals.
