Curiosity Challenge the status quo and offer new perspectives; Invest time in your own self-development; Reward a mindset of continuous learning; Embrace diversity and individuality. **What we expect from you:** * Assist in configuring and evolving the ServiceNow platform. * Work with ServiceNow, supporting the creation and customization of components using JavaScript and CSS. * Support minor maintenance tasks, including some integrations using Java. * Provide day-to-day support to internal users of the tool. * Support the development team with technical questions and best practices. * Contribute to organizing operational and support processes for the platform. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of integrations (Web Services, SOAP, HTTP, MID Server, SAP). * Familiarity with web applications, networks, and email services (SMTP and POP3). * Experience or familiarity with ServiceNow. * Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Knowledge of JavaScript and basic understanding of CSS for customizations. * Basic understanding of Java for integration maintenance (a plus). * All our positions are open to Persons with Disabilities.
