If you fit this profile, come join our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Work on legacy system backlogs, responsible for maintenance, corrections, and minor product enhancements; * Interact with clients to understand requirements, development needs, and deliveries; * Perform coding and testing for requirements; * Analyze and resolve issues; * Participate in Planning, Dailys, Refinement, Review, and Retro ceremonies; * Engage in discovery processes, sharing technical vision; * Execute tasks related to system analysis and development, ensuring high-quality deliveries and proper functionality and operation of methods, techniques, materials, and processes; * Collaborate closely with other areas, coordinating actions to achieve adequate process synchronization; * Promote and/or readily embrace constant pursuit of innovation and improvement in processes and procedures, aiming to increase service quality and reduce associated costs; * Manage relationships with vendors, controlling deliveries, quality, deadlines, schedules, contracts, and third-party access to ensure alignment with service expectations; * Support IT audits by evaluating system performance and identifying areas for improvement and corrections; * Identify automation needs to ensure integrity and enhance process agility; * Encourage and develop knowledge sharing among employees or teams; * Work on internal and outsourced Salesforce development required to meet business area needs; * Support incident and request resolution in collaboration with Support; * Develop documentation (knowledge base) for support activities and improvements; * Ensure best practices in development, versioning, and ITIL standards. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in Salesforce development; * Knowledge of Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds; * Familiarity with older versions and ability to analyze and maintain customizations; * Teamwork skills and ease in negotiation (estimates, deadlines, etc); * Communicative, proactive, and dynamic profile; * Strong communication skills; * Problem-solving abilities; * Comfort interacting with clients. **Desirable:** * Salesforce Certified Administrator; * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; * Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II; * Other Salesforce certifications.
