Job Summary: A professional to develop and evolve solutions on ITSM platforms, with a focus on customizations, integrations, and automation of operational processes. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the automation of operational processes and service workflows **Context** The GoK team works on high-complexity digital projects—both technically and business-wise—with strong system integration and a need for operational process automation. The professional will be responsible for developing and evolving solutions within ITSM platforms, focusing on customizations and integrations, thereby contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and team efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Develop and evolve customizations on ITSM platforms (forms, rules, automations, and workflows) * Build integrations between systems via APIs * Develop scripts and solutions using Python * Support the automation of operational processes and service workflows * Handle and process data to support solutions * Analyze and resolve low-complexity technical issues * Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements * Participate in code reviews and continuously improve delivery quality * Hard Skills and Technical Knowledge (mandatory) * Proficiency in Python development * Basic understanding of system integration via APIs (REST) * Data manipulation and processing * Programming logic and solution structuring * Version control using Git in collaborative environments **Soft Skills** * Active listening and effective communication * Ability to learn continuously * Problem-solving skills and solution proposal capability * Organization and accountability for deliverables * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams * Analytical thinking **Differentiators** * Experience customizing ITSM tools (e.g., TOPdesk) * Basic knowledge of workflows and process automation * Experience integrating corporate systems * Basic JavaScript knowledge for UI customizations * Familiarity with operational environments **Work Scope** * Developing and customizing solutions on ITSM platforms * Collaborating with technical teams and business areas * Participating in continuous process improvements and automations * Gradual technical growth within the client’s context
