Continuous contribution to technical and architectural evolution **We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** We seek a professional who will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participating from conception through delivery of new features. Responsibilities include refining technical requirements with the product team, proposing scalable solutions, and maintaining codebase quality through best practices and continuous monitoring. The candidate will also contribute to the team’s technical evolution by mentoring junior developers and ensuring alignment with architectural and engineering standards. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and maintaining highly available and scalable applications; * Creating technical documentation and participating in agile ceremonies; * Applying critical thinking to monitoring, observability, and test automation; * Balancing new deliveries with technical debt mitigation; * Continuously collaborating on product and technical architecture evolution. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Solid experience with Java 17\+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate; * Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS; * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, RDS); * Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ and SQS); * Experience with microservices architecture and REST API design; * Experience with unit testing (JUnit 5\) and contract testing (Pact); * Familiarity with Axway API Gateway, Git, Dynatrace, and code versioning; * Understanding of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and modularization; * Experience with agile methodologies and development best practices; * Critical analytical ability, attention to detail, and capacity to solve complex problems; * Minimum 3 years of experience in technically complex projects and processes. **Desirable:** * Experience with React Native, React, JavaScript/TypeScript; * Knowledge of Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, Axios; * Experience with Microfrontend (MFE) architecture.
