Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer to participate in the full application lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and innovative deliveries. Development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions **We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead this journey with us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** The role is part of a strategic initiative driving technological expansion, focused on the continuous evolution of digital platforms serving millions of users. The project involves both maintaining existing systems and developing new features, balancing performance, technical quality, and innovation. The Mid-Level Fullstack Developer will be responsible for participating in the entire application lifecycle—from conception to delivery—collaborating directly with product and engineering teams to ensure consistent, sustainable, and architecture- and development-best-practice-aligned deliveries. Key responsibilities include: * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features; * Performing technical refinements on requirements provided by the product team; * Ensuring codebase health and quality, balancing evolution with technical debt mitigation; * Developing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions; * Critically engaging in monitoring and observability; * Creating and maintaining automated tests, contributing to system stability; * Supporting junior developers through best practices and technical guidance; * Writing technical documentation and participating in agile ceremonies with the team. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience with Java 17\+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate; * Hands-on experience with NodeJS and NestJS; * Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, RDS); * Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ and SQS); * Experience with microservices architecture; * Expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs; * Practical experience with unit testing (JUnit 5\) and contract testing (Pact); * Experience with Axway API Gateway, Git, and code versioning; * Familiarity with Dynatrace and observability tools; * Knowledge of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and modularization; * Strong documentation, versioning, and continuous delivery practices; * Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Ability to analyze and solve complex problems; * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technically complex projects and processes. **Desirable:** * Experience with React Native and React; * Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, and Axios; * Experience with Microfrontend (MFE) architecture.
