This role aims to operate across diverse technical contexts and development stacks, supporting architectural decisions, resolving complex problems, and continuously evolving the organization’s technological solutions. We seek a generalist profile with strong adaptability, autonomy in research and learning, and the ability to thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments. The developer will play a key role in adopting modern engineering practices and using advanced productivity tools—including AI-assisted development solutions. Directly contributes to software architecture evolution, continuous improvement of code quality, and accelerated delivery of value to digital products and services. Responsibilities: — Develop, evolve, and maintain software solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability. — Work across multiple programming languages, stacks, and technical contexts aligned with business and product needs. — Participate in technical discussions, architecture definition, and implementation decisions. — Research new technologies, frameworks, and approaches—proposing improvements and evolution of existing solutions. — Support the team in resolving complex technical issues, including topics not yet mastered. — Use modern development productivity tools—including AI-assisted development solutions—to accelerate analysis, implementation, refactoring, and documentation. — Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, QA, design, business, and operations—ensuring clear communication and technical alignment. — Adapt constructively and solution-oriented to changes in context, priorities, and technologies. — Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, code quality, and development processes. Requirements: — Solid senior-level software development experience. — Experience with multiple programming languages and diverse technology ecosystems. — Experience with software architecture, API development, and system integrations. — Experience in distributed systems and scalable applications. — Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts. — Aptitude for researching solutions, investigating problems, and learning new technologies. — Proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset. — Low resistance to change and strong adaptability in dynamic environments. — Ability to independently overcome technical challenges in unfamiliar areas with autonomy and resilience.
