Job Summary: We are seeking a Backend Specialist with experience in high-complexity environments, focused on developing scalable APIs and system monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Strong experience in system monitoring, observability, and reliability **We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Solid experience as a Backend Specialist, working in high-complexity and mission-critical environments **Requirements and Qualifications:** Proficiency in .NET and C\#, with focus on API, service, and scalable backend application development Proven experience with Dynatrace, including: Application and infrastructure monitoring Performance analysis, log analysis, metric analysis, and error tracing Proactive incident identification and resolution Strong experience in system monitoring, observability, and reliability Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to: Support software development Automate processes, technical routines, and operational tasks Optimize team performance, quality, and productivity Knowledge of backend architecture best practices, clean code, version control, and CI/CD pipelines Experience in high-availability environments or those handling large volumes of data or transactions Knowledge of automation, scripting, and developer support tools **Desirable:** Experience with Node.js **Additional Information:** * For your health, we offer **comprehensive medical and dental assistance**, with no co-payment for exams or consultations. * Want more well-being?
