




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior HR Department Analyst to support the administrative routines of the employer-employee relationship, ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Previous experience in HR department routines. 2. Solid knowledge of labor legislation (CLT). 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and eSocial systems. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We are looking for an organized Senior HR Department Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for supporting the administrative routines of the employer-employee relationship, ensuring compliance with labor legislation (CLT), hiring and termination processes, payroll, time tracking, benefits administration, eSocial, vacation management, and employee and client support. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields (currently enrolled or completed). * Previous experience in HR department routines. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation (CLT). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially intermediate Excel). * Experience with eSocial systems.
