Job Summary: Work as a Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor, delivering human-centered support to students, negotiating and promoting student retention through development initiatives and projects. Focus on enabling futures and impacting students' lives Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Madureira Hub — Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Responsibilities: - Provide human-centered support to students requesting course suspension, cancellation, or transfer, seeking to reverse such decisions: • Through phone and WhatsApp interactions; - Negotiate, advocate, and apply institutional policies aimed at student retention; - Analyze student requests and offer existing services provided by the Institution; - Analyze student performance to promote and implement actions and projects focused on student development and retention; Requirements: - Completed high school education; - Proficiency in using computer systems; - Experience in customer service; - Negotiation-oriented profile; - Must reside very close to Irajá (one commute each way).
