Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a Bachelor's degree in technology and experience in Python/Go, statistical methods, ML/DL, microservices, and high-volume databases to lead and innovate AI/ML solutions. Act as a knowledge multiplier and mentor Description: Completed Bachelor's degree in technology, preferably in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science; Experience in: * Python or Go programming language, * Statistical methods for data analysis, * Development of Machine Learning/Deep Learning algorithms, * Microservices architecture, * Development of modern web applications, * High-volume databases (relational, non-relational, data lake, or data warehouse); Knowledge of: * Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, * MLOps, * Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), * CI/CD, * Best development practices, * Agile methodologies. It would be advantageous if you have: * Knowledge of SDN solutions; * Experience working on projects with multidisciplinary teams; * Knowledge of: Big Data, Data Science, gRPC, time-series databases, and data mocking; * Advanced English for reading and writing, and intermediate English for conversation. * Define the project’s technical strategy, develop, and communicate a clear and strategic vision for applying Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science within the organization; * Guide the development of Advanced Models, supervising the team in creating statistical and machine learning models using advanced and modern techniques; * Apply and design innovative solution architectures for Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platforms, focusing on integrating AI and ML techniques; * Conduct in-depth studies and analyses of AI/ML structures, data, platforms, and tools, providing valuable insights for decision-making; * Prepare comprehensive strategic and technical documentation regarding proposed and adopted solutions, ensuring understanding and traceability of projects; * Lead the QA team, providing guidance and support to the Quality Assurance team to ensure reliability and robustness of implemented solutions; * Perform proactive technical reviews, examine developed code, and ensure compliance with technological best practices while promoting continuous improvement; * Act as a Knowledge Multiplier, offering technical support and mentorship to colleagues, fostering team development. 2511140202461868047
