With a wide range of products, the company aims to offer healthy and delicious options to its consumers. **Responsibilities:** Plan and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure higher equipment availability and reliability. Manage maintenance indicators and plans, tracking work orders, scheduling shutdowns, and continuously improving maintenance processes. Monitor maintenance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, backlog, and equipment availability. Develop and monitor maintenance schedules, prioritizing critical activities to avoid unplanned shutdowns. Previous experience as a Planning and Control Analyst, Production Analyst, Planning Specialist, or PCM Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
