Job Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Administration, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Basic/Intermediate Microsoft Office skills preferred; **Responsibilities:** Maintain up-to-date and accurate POS data. • Resolve issues related to POS registration and location. • Adjust routes. • Monitor pending visits at points of sale (POSs). • Monitor and reschedule pending tasks of promoters. • Monitor promoter productivity, displacement, idle time, and unrecorded hours (PDOH). • Monitor promoters not logged into the system (OFFs). • Register promoters and points of sale (POSs) in the system. • Train promoters on system usage. • Monitor requests in promoter workgroups. • Monitor adherence by region.
