Job Summary: Develop and maintain Delphi-based systems and applications, focusing on continuous learning and code optimization, using modern methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Work environment with state-of-the-art machines and multi-monitor setups **Job Description:** – Develop Delphi-based systems and applications, including GUI design, database structure implementation, and program coding; – Maintain and improve existing systems; **Requirements:** – Interest in learning/advancing in new software development and code validation methodologies; – Technical knowledge required: Delphi (especially IDE usage), SQL; – Preferred: Object-oriented programming and layered architecture knowledge; familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) techniques; – Knowledge of MVC & MVP development patterns; – Ability to optimize and refactor code; – Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus; Ideal candidate profile: curious, dynamic, and dedicated developer.
