A strategic and consultative professional focused on ensuring high availability, security, governance, and hybrid integration, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and resilience for critical environments. **This position is suitable for you if you have experience with:** ### **On-Premises Landing Zone Design** * Definition of the base physical and logical infrastructure architecture within the bank’s data center. * Structuring of virtualization clusters, storage, and internal networks. * Segregation of environments (Production, Staging, Development). * Standardization of provisioning, naming conventions, and technical governance. * Capacity planning and scalability. ### **Connectivity via Equinix** * Interconnection architecture through Equinix for integration with cloud providers and partners. * Planning of cross-connects and secure interconnections. * Definition of link redundancy and high-availability architecture. * Integration with AWS and GCP environments (where applicable). ### **Data Transport – Embratel** * Definition of the Embratel-based data transport architecture (MPLS, dedicated IP, SD-WAN or similar). * Configuration of BGP routes and carrier redundancy. * Bandwidth, latency, and connectivity SLA planning. * Assurance of high availability and operational continuity. ### **Security and Compliance** * Implementation of network segmentation, DMZ, and next-generation firewalls. * Alignment with regulatory requirements (BACEN, LGPD, and audits). * Establishment of access controls and traceability. * Architecture aligned with Zero Trust security practices (desirable). ### **Business Continuity** * Resilient architecture planning (primary and contingency sites). * Disaster recovery and data replication strategy. * Periodic contingency testing and RTO/RPO validation. **It would be great if you have:** ### **Banking Sector Experience** * Projects in critical 24x7 environments. * High availability and security requirements. * Experience with audits and regulatory standards. * Integration with hybrid environments and critical financial systems. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Strong architectural and strategic vision. * Consultative profile focused on risk mitigation and operational continuity. * Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors (Equinix, Embratel, and carriers). * Clear executive and technical communication. * Experience in highly critical environments. ### **Infrastructure** * Virtualization (VMware or similar). * Enterprise storage (SAN/NAS). * Server architecture and high availability. ### **Networking and Connectivity** * BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN. * Equinix interconnection. * Embratel transport. * IPsec VPN. * Corporate network segmentation and architecture. ### **Security** * NGFW (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point or similar). * IDS/IPS. * Traffic segregation and control policies. ### **Expected Deliverables** * Complete On-Premises Landing Zone blueprint. * Detailed connectivity architecture (Equinix + Embratel). * Documented high-availability model. * Business continuity and disaster recovery plan. * Technical documentation and established operational standards. **Where you will be based:** * Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite at the bank in the Itaim Bibi region and 2 days remote. **Benefits of being an e-Corean!** We offer a flexible benefits package: with e-Core BeneFlex, our e-Coreans can build a personalized benefits package aligned with their profile and needs. **Financial Benefits** Meal and/or food allowance.
